·      Most affordable development currently available in the market, pricing is almost comparable to that of executive condominium prices.

·      Very efficient, squarish layout – this is one of Sim Lian’s strength

·      Extremely spacious master bedrooms and common rooms for certain unit types, especially if you measure against the current new launch standards

·      Extremely comprehensive facilities given the sheer size of the development (>2000 units!)


·      While the development is not near MRT station, residents get to enjoy 1 year complimentary shuttle bus services to Tampines MRT station and Changi Airport
