Pros

·      Extremely reputable developer with solid track record

·      Located at the doorstep of the upcoming major transformation – Greater Southern Waterfront, immense potential for capital appreciation. Consider how property prices in the Marina Bay area has appreciated post transformation.

·      Very reasonable entry price as compared to the other developments in the same district

Cons

·      The development is not the nearest to the existing Outram MRT station, nonetheless, the upcoming Cantonment MRT will give the residents more convenience once it’s completed in 2025. On the bright side, there are buses located outside the development which allows one to reach Outram MRT station in 5 minutes Habourfront MRT in 6 minutes.
